Synlait Milk Taps Paul McGilvary as Interim Chair After Robertson Exit

Synlait Milk said Simon Robertson has resigned as chair of the board after three years in the role.

The New Zealand-based dairy supplier on Monday said independent director Paul McGilvary will act as interim chair while it looks for a permanent replacement.
